WHAT ARE MICROGREENS?
Microgreens are rich in nutrients and vitamins! Per gram, microgreens contain up to 40x the amount of nutrients as in its fully-grown counterpart. They can be grown all year round and are perfect for growing anywhere you want. You can use your freshly cut microgreens in many aspects of cooking, whether it be as a crunchy garnish to top off your burger or blended in a healthy smoothie. The possibilities are endless!
HOW TO GROW YOUR MICROGREENS
Easy, quick and very rewarding
1.Soak the mat with water and squeeze and drain any surplus water off. Place the mat inside the black tray with wicking tab hanging over the side.
2.Half fill the clear plastic tray with water then place black plastic tray on top and push down till it clicks into place. The grow mat should be tucked under in the clear tray and submerged in the water
3.Shake your seeds on top of the grow mat making sure they are evenly spread out. The water from below will continuously wick up and keep your seeds moist so you dont have to worry about watering.
4.Place your MicroGreen kit in a dark room with no sunlight (a dark cupboard will do the trick).
5.Inspect your MicroGrow kit after 3 days. If your microgreens have sprouted then place your MicroGrow in a sunny place.
Top up water in bottom tray every 2-3 days if needed.
After a few weeks, you will be able to enjoy your fresh homegrown microgreens.
