Information
This plant makes a great addition to a herb garden. Its a hardy perennial with narrow grass like leaves which are hollow and grow in clumps.
Culinary uses: Chopped chives can be used in salads, cooked vegetables, soups and egg dishes. It has a flavour very similar to an onion.
